They showed me each and every part and replaced pins and other worn parts and gave me detailed information on how to keep it like new. Also, they cleaned out the bearings and other parts that had fibers inside wrapping around them. They showed me what is was so if it happens again I could probably fix myself with just ordering the part. Since I am NOT mechanical I took the chair to them and they found and fixed the problem in minutes. I called them and they said it was most likely a problem within the motor in the wheel. My chair turned on but when I pressed the joy stick forward, nothing. Absolutely NO problems for all this time, until last week, Dec 2021. Firstly, the delivery and VERY easy set-up instructions made it a breeze to begin using. This is such a great help for me as I cannot walk very far at all due to severe arthritis in my knees.
